Unused, unwashed pieces can come back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Email us first and we'll send a return address.
If something fails in ordinary use, we replace it — regardless of how long you've owned it. Send a photo and your order number.

Processed within three business days of the parcel arriving back. Your bank may take a few days more to show it.
